Hustenza is written by the Hustenza Team, a small group that researches and writes plain guides on side hustles, AI productivity, business growth and money habits. We’d rather explain one idea properly than list fifty you’ll never try.
Who writes Hustenza
We’re a small research and writing team. We publish under one team name instead of personal bylines, because every guide passes through more than one pair of hands before it goes live.
You’ll also meet Hux, our cartoon guide. He shows up in our short videos and around the site. He doesn’t write anything, but he’s good at pointing at the important bit.
How we research and source
When a guide touches tax, law, business rules or prices, we go to the source that actually sets the rule and link it in the post. Typical examples:
- IRS for tax rules on side income and self-employment
- U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) for starting and running a small business
- USDA for food prices and grocery budgeting
- Official pricing and help pages from the tool makers themselves, for what an app costs and what it can do
Facts are checked on the day a guide is published. Prices and features change often, so when we notice something has moved, we update the guide and change its updated date.
We don’t invent statistics, testimonials or income claims. If we can’t find a reliable source for a number, we leave the number out.
How we use AI
We cover AI tools, so we use them too, for things like brainstorming and tidying drafts. A person on the team decides what gets published, and the facts in a guide come from the sources we link, not from a chatbot’s memory.
